The Havelock Homestead is in the heart of Havelock North Village with access to cafes, restaurants, bars, the shopping area and village supermarket. The Homestead is also nearby many Hawke’s Bay wineries and wine tours, golf courses, beautiful scenic bike and walking trails. Perfect for girls’ or boys’ weekends, relaxing with friends, family events, wedding parties, reunions – the possibilities are endless.
The property boasts ample living spaces, including a large separate formal dining room to seat 10 – 12, and a spacious large lounge with projector, large screen, pool table and log burner. Upstairs, the mezzanine lounge creates a great break away area for the kids to play or to create a private space.
The outdoor area contains a dining table to seat 12 – 14 people and a large back lawn and garden for enjoying the Hawke’s Bay weather.
The house includes cooking and laundry facilities, all linen, towels, toiletries, tea/coffee etc and basic cooking condiments to complement your self-catering.
Our advertised rates do not include daily servicing, but for stays longer than 3 days, the house will be serviced free of charge – times can be arranged with management.
